We are pleased to announce that we have been awarded the Pulsate grant for a joint project with AMiquam in which the technology centre IDEKO will also participate.

Pulsate Open Calls
Pulsate’s 1st Technology Transfer Experiments (TTE) Open Call closed on 29 April 2021, with 35 proposals submitted from 16 different European countries.
Among the selected proposals, a joint project of AMiquam SA (Switzerland) and Mizar Additive Manufacturing S.L.U. (Spain): “Digital In process NDT for Laser-based powder Additive Manufacturing.”
What is PULSATE?
PULSATE is the new pan-European network to promote the use of advanced laser-based additive manufacturing technology in order to boost the digital skills of SMEs and slightly larger companies.
PULSATE wants to establish and consolidate a strong and open pan-European network to promote and facilitate the adoption of advanced laser-based additive manufacturing technologies (LBAAM).
The objectives of PULSATE
Through this pan-European network PULSATE wants to:
- Mobilize at least 200 SMEs to participate in its open calls for proposals
- Consolidate the technological and business offer
- Consolidate digital competence
- Deliver a minimum of 6 specific technical webinars, 2 information days, 4 general webinars and 11 specific brokerage and partner search events.
- Deliver at least 30 LBAAM training courses and publish at least 20 training materials.
- Successfully train 1,000 students in LBAAM technologies.
- Achieve a minimum of 500 community members/users and a wide range of services.
The set of services to companies revolves around the following pillars:
- Digital Maturity Assessment
- Access to technological knowledge
- Access to infrastructure
- Software as a Service

This category is focused on the adoption of laser-based advanced additive manufacturing technologies LBAAM in production environments.
The main benefit for the supplier will be to have a product ready for the needs of the manufacturing sector.
In the case of the end-user, the main benefit will be the validation of a prototype system applied to their specific operating environment.
The selected projects will become part of the PULSATE Support Program, lasting 13 months, thanks to which they will benefit from the following advantages:
